Each piece is thoughtfully prepared and quality-checked before dispatch. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During peak periods or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended. If this occurs, we will always keep you informed.

🚚 Delivery Options & Timeframes

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:


  • UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
  • UK Express Delivery (where available): 1–2 business days
  • International Delivery: 7–14 business days


Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our shipping partners and may be subject to occasional delays beyond our control.


💌 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. From time to time, we may offer complimentary shipping on selected orders or promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our website.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details (where available), allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey to you.

⚠️ Delays & External Factors

While we work closely with trusted delivery partners, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to courier disruptions, weather conditions, customs delays, or seasonal demand.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.

🕊️ Lost or Missing Parcels

In the rare event that your parcel is delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at Hello@izabelvazboutique.co.uk so we can investigate with the courier on your behalf.

Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to take responsibility for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
